1. Get GOOD SLEEP

Sleep and immunity are closely tied.

In fact, inadequate or poor quality sleep is linked to a higher susceptibility to sickness.

Other sleep hygiene tips include sleeping in a completely dark room or using a sleep mask, going to bed at the same time every night, and exercising regularly.


2. Eat more healthy plant foods

Healthy plant foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and legumes are rich in nutrients and antioxidants that may give you an upper hand against harmful diseases.

The antioxidants in these foods protect your cells against free radicals, which may play a role in heart diseases, cancer and other diseases, free radicals are the molecules produced when your body breaks down food.

Fiber is the part of plant based foods [grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans,] that the body cant breakdown. It passes through the body undigested, keeping your digestive system clean and healthy
